Color analysis....................$40.00
Bring out your natural best through the use of color. If you want to look years younger in minutes, if your wear only 20 percent of your wardrobe, if you feel at the mercy of your hair colorist, if you have a drawer full of unused makeup, or have trouble choosing the right colors for you, give this service a try. The session is one hour in length and includes a gentle makeup application. This is a special introductory price just in time for spring! (available with Sophia Macon Aesthetician, CMT)

90-minute Massage Session..........................$110
Indulge in an extra 30-minutes for complete immersion in peace and comfort. Ninety-minute sessions must be reserved in advance, time cannot be added to a massage that is scheduled for 60-minutes.
Helen Baker Massage...................................$80/$125/$170
Helen is by far the most experienced Massage Therapist in the region. Her appointments are $80 per hour, $125 for 90-minutes and $170 for 2-hours. Because of high demand for Helen's services prepayment may be required and no-shows and late cancellations will be charged in full.

Thai
Yoga Massage .......................................$80
This unique form of bodywork based in Ayurvedic Medicine, Buddhist spiritual practive and Yoga, blends gentle
rocking, rhythmic acupressure and assisted stretches to open, exercise and tone all of the systems of the body.
Sessions
are conducted on a special mat and recipients
are dressed in loose, comfortable clothing. Available with

A dynamic therapy for Physical Well-Being &

This sixty-minute session will concentrate
on 1,2, or 3 areas of the body that require deep
tissue therapy. This is NOT
a full-body massage.
Full-Body Shiatsu Massage............................

Keep your clothes on for this pressure
point therapy based on the principles of acupuncture.
Opens energetic meridians, restores range of motion
and loosens tight muscles. This energizing modality
is done with clothes on and no oils are used.
Clients must wear loose fitting clothing

Foot
Reflexology..........................................

As reflex points are stimulated on the
feet, tension and stress are released all over
the body with this ancient healing art. Essential
oils of pure Tea Tree and Peppermint clean, purify,
soothe and invigorate tired, aching feet. Clients
with Athlete's Foot or other contagious foot conditions
will be turned away. Also available with Helen

Lypossage is a series of massages that causes dimension loss and the reduction of cellulite. Lypossage is a safe and affordable alternative to plastic surgery. Lypossage works by cleansing the body of stagnant lymphatic fluid, that can create the lumps and bulges we know as figure imbalance. The deeper Lypossage strokes break up adhesions under the skin that can contribute to the dimpled, uneven appearance of cellulite. Lypossage also tones the muscles, lifting and firming sagging tissue. Lypossage can be performed on 3 different zones of the body. Zone 1 is the hips, thighs, buttocks, and lower abdomen. massage is a service that combines postural analysis,
orthopedic evaluation, neuromuscular re-education,
therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques.
Ron is certified in evaluation and treatment of
the cervical spine, upper extremities, thoracic
spine, lumbar spine, pelvis and lower extremities, having studied in a formal medical massage
program taught by physical therapists from around
the country.
Medical
massage is not relaxation massage; it is for treatment
of various muscular injuries and conditions.
People who should consider medical massage are athletes,
people injured at work or in an auto accident, or
people who have minor aches and pain, as well as,
people who suffer with chronic pain.
Your
first session with Ron includes: a complete
postural and orthopedic evaluation, treatment
and a therapy plan to meet your goals and expectations.
